Yes! Formloom offers unlimited forms and submissions for free within our fair use guidelines. You can get started right away and create forms using advanced features like conditional logic, signatures, calculations, payments, file uploads (up to 50 MB per file), advanced design options, webhooks and integrations, all for free and without time restrictions. Formloom takes no platform fee on payments you collect, on any plan. Solo removes the branding and adds custom CSS for $9 a month; Pro and Business add custom domains, collaboration and analytics.
No. Formloom charges a 0% platform fee on payments on every plan, including Free. You only pay your payment provider's own processing fee (for Stripe in the US, 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment). Payments go straight to your connected Stripe account.
Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use secure cookies and you can protect your account with two-step verification and new-device checks. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web root under unguessable keys, public submissions are rate-limited and checked for spam, and every form can be password protected or closed on a date or limit. Payments are processed by Stripe, so card details never touch our servers. On the Business plan you can also decide how long submissions are kept.
Unlike most form builders that limit submissions or restrict advanced features to premium plans, Formloom offers unlimited forms and submissions for free. The editor works like a document, and features like conditional logic, calculations, signatures, payments and password protection are available without paywalls. Nothing breaks without warning. If your account consistently uses far more than typical (for example more than 50 000 submissions or 50 000 email notifications per month), we contact you to agree on a custom plan. See the Fair Use Policy for the details.
Yes. You can upgrade, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel from Settings › Billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free; your forms and submissions are kept.
