Create your first form

Type / to insert blocks and @ to mention answers.

  1. Click New form on the dashboard. Type a title and press Enter.
  2. Type / to insert any block: questions, headings, images, pages and logic.
  3. Type @ inside text to mention an earlier answer.
  4. Hover a block to delete it, insert below, or open its settings with the six-dot handle.
  5. Click Publish and share the link from the Share tab.

The Formloom editor works like a text document. Start typing on the page to insert blocks: from simple contact forms to multi-page surveys with conditional logic and calculations, everything is built the same way.

Add questions

Press the + button in the left gutter of a block or type / anywhere to open the block menu. Pick a question type (short answer, email, multiple choice, rating, file upload and more); a title block and the input are inserted together as a question group.

Don't want to start from a blank page?

Describe your form to Formloom AI from the empty-form screen and it builds the questions, pages and structure for you. You can also pick one of the templates or import an existing form from a Typeform export, a Word or PDF document, CSV, Markdown or a screenshot.

Publish and share

Publish from the top-right button. You land on the Share tab with the public link, link-preview settings and the Standard, Popup and Full-page embed options.
