Conditions can reference hidden fields and calculated variables as well as answers, so a rule like 'when hidden field plan is enterprise, jump to page 3' works with values passed in the URL.
Conditional logic
Show, hide, jump and calculate based on answers.
- Insert a Conditional logic block (or use Add conditional logic from a question's menu).
- When: pick a field, an operator for its type and a value, literal or another field. Add conditions, wrap them in groups, combine with all/any.
- Then: Jump to page, Calculate (add, subtract, multiply, divide, assign, concat, formula), Require answer, Show or Hide blocks, Hide button to disable completion.
- Rules replay top to bottom on every answer change; later rules win. Put Calculated fields above the rules that change them.
